My name is Jeremiah John, the founder of Sparrow Musicals. I carry a vision to see a future where all churches in India come together under one name, Jesus. My desire is that the Church would worship the living God in true oneness, sharing the same understanding of worship. I believe that worship is not just music, but a way of life. I was born and raised in a missionary family, and from a very young age I saw God working in our lives. Watching my parents live as worshipers of Christ shaped my understanding of faith and worship. Through them I learned that worship goes beyond songs and instruments and is expressed through everyday life.
Music became part of my calling early on. When I was about one and a half years old, an uncle made a small wooden guitar from scrap and gave it to me. During worship I would hold that guitar and play as if I were a professional musician. That simple moment sparked a deep love for music that remains with me even today and led me to become a musician, guitarist, and worshiper for Christ. My journey was not without struggle. There were seasons when I was drawn into the world and deceived by the enemy. Even so, God’s hand was always upon me. My mother often shared how God preserved my life even before I was born and knew that He had a great purpose for me.
As I grew, I understood that I was meant to be an instrument for Christ. This realization led me to become a singer and songwriter for Jesus, using the gifts God placed within me to glorify Him. Through Sparrow Musicals, my heart is to train and equip church musicians so they can worship with understanding, unity, and excellence. My vision is to help the Church worship God with confidence, order, and truth.
I am Ansh Kumar, a full-stack developer with a strong passion for computers and technology. From a young age, I found myself more connected to computers than to people, spending much of my time exploring systems, features, and how things work behind the screen. This early interest shaped both my technical skills and my personality. I am naturally shy, and interacting with new people has always been challenging, but I consistently try to step outside my comfort zone, believing that growth begins with effort.
Learning is a lifelong journey for me. I wake up each day eager to gain new knowledge, knowing that there is no end to learning, especially in the world of technology. While working on this project, I explored many new concepts related to computers and development, and each challenge helped me grow both technically and mentally. Completing the project was rewarding not just because of the outcome, but because of the learning and self-improvement it brought along the way.
Beyond knowledge, I value wisdom even more. Knowledge shows what is possible, but wisdom guides how that knowledge should be used. I pray to God not just for knowledge, but for wisdom to apply what I learn with purpose, humility, and responsibility. I believe every success I achieve is by God’s grace, and every failure is a lesson that motivates me to improve. I may not know the entire path ahead, but I am clear about my next step and choose to follow it with faith and determination. This leads me to reflect on an important question. What matters more, the destination we reach, or the path we choose that leads us there?
